Eligibility to use Telysor
You must be at least 18 years old, or if enrolling on behalf of an organization, properly authorized to enter into agreements on its behalf. You represent that the information provided during registration is accurate and that you meet prerequisites for any selected course.

By posting content to Telysor, you grant Telysor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and use the content for course delivery, improvement and promotional case studies that anonymize personal data unless you opt out where option exists.
You are responsible for user content and must not submit unlawful, defamatory or confidential information belonging to others. Instructors and peers may provide feedback based on submitted work.

Paid services and billing
Certain courses, coaching packages and certification assessments require payment. Paid services are described at the point of sale and billed according to the selected plan.
Prices displayed on the site or in promotional materials reflect the fee for the service and applicable taxes. Case-study workshops involving employer partnerships may carry separate pricing structures.
Payment is accepted via provided methods at checkout. By enrolling in a paid course you authorize Telysor to charge the applicable fees. Payment information is processed securely by our payment processors.
Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Users are responsible for managing subscription preferences through their account or by contacting support.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. For short, practical courses we may offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions where a clear administrative or scheduling issue occurred. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes that are dependent on user effort and external factors.
You may cancel future course access or subscription renewals via account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless specified.
Users are responsible for any taxes associated with purchases. Telysor will charge taxes where required by Singapore law and provide tax invoices on request.
Telysor reserves the right to modify course pricing. Price changes will not affect fees already paid for active sessions unless otherwise stated at the time of change.
Non-payment may result in suspension of access to paid services and recovery actions. Users will be notified and given an opportunity to remedy payment issues.
